Sunflowers in Vase

Still life painting. Yellow and gold sunflowers burst onto the canvas in this heavily textured still life. The vase is painted in vivid hues of red and rust colors against a background of blue, grey and brown. This painting was a winner In the 5th 2012 ArtSlant Showcase.
