Art From Found Objects:  Reclaim, Recycle, Transform

I purchased a wall clock, hat and shoes from the Brown Elephant, a resale shop run by the Howard Brown Health Center in order to create art for the Reclaim Art Benefit for the center.

The hat reminded me of gondoliers in Venice, so I used acrylic paints over the clock face aiming to create an image reminiscent of a gondolier. Next I and added the shoes and hat.
